If you need live support for AdWords, Google offers a chat feature. The chat is browser-based and driven by LivePerson.net. “AdWords Specialists are available Monday – Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST (U.S.), or on Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST (U.S.),” chat support helper Gina R. just told me. Sometimes the responses are quick, at other times you might be waiting minutes to be assigned*.

Among Google’s many services, only AdWords has chat support at the moment, Gina says (this tells you something about Google’s priorities). It would be an improvement for other Google products as well… like Google Docs, Google Analytics, Gmail, AdSense and so on.
