		<description>I ve just been reading CWS for a couple of days and  it def sounds interesting. Really liked this interview with &#039;Suresh&#039; apart from the ones on Product Management.... I come from the non sensical s/w indistry and must admit, brains are put off to sleep the moment you step into Office, even in places like Oracle and Microsoft</description>
