The CARTOONist – My first comic strip

18 March 2010 25 Comments

Hi All,

Today, Coffee With Sundar is going to complete 2 years.. It was started on March 19th 2008. On this special occasion, I am releasing my first comic strip. I started cartooning about a week to 10 days back and I have a long way to go. This is just an attempt to apply all that I have learnt so far. Looking forward to your feedback!

Happy birthday Coffee with Sundar :)

    Nice work.. 10 days of this has certainly brought you a lot of steps forward. :)

    And my favourite scene is Frame 10 – super authoritative dad…

    I wonder what other CWS junta would vote for… Common junta..

    @Athimber & @Mahesh – Thanks a lot :)

    @Vatsala – Thank you so much.. My dad is not soo authoritative :P Just for cartoon..

    I personally like the one with my grandmother.. The reason is The work involved in that was lot.. u can see the 3D effect of the table cloth.. the saree also has a lot of work.. etc.. :)

    Nice one da, I dint get the cribbing page (specifically what the girl says). Can you explain?

    I m curious about what will Vandana reply :-)

    -V

  • Sundar Rajan G S (author) said:

    @Vetti: The girl is my sister.. she is engaged to Suri (Puri) She wants to use the phone.

    In terms of cribbing.. generally lots of junta crib.. nothing specific to B School. just made it sound cool thats all :)

    In terms of what vandana would reply.. u have to decide.. coz u r the one who writes vandana comments :)
